Smoothie de Fresa y Mango
Los smoothies (batidos de frutas) son muy típicos en EEUU. Se pueden encontrar en las tiendas pequeñas de cada centro comercial y en todas las ciudades. Siempre llevan fruta, y muchas veces también llevan leche, hielo, yogur, miel, avena, etc. A mi me han encantado desde niña y suelo tomarme un smoothie varias veces por semana. Mi madre me dice que es porque ella siempre los tomaba cuando estaba embarazada de mi. Yo no sé si será verdad, pero son riquísimas!
En EEUU no son un postre, sino una merienda o reemplazan una comida (normalmente el desayuno o el almuerzo). A la gente también les gusta añadir suplementos como fibra, vitaminas, y proteina. Como hay miles de recetas de smoothies diferentes, empiezo aquí con una de mis favoritas: el Batido de fresa y mango.

Ingredients
- 1 taza de fresas
- 1 taza de mango cortado en trozos
- 1 yogur griego
- 6 cubos de hielo
- 1 cuchara de miel
Instructions
- Bate las fresas, mango, miel, y yogur en la batidora a una velocidad alta por unos 30 segundos.
- Añade el hielo y bate hasta que quede sin grumos.
Espero que os guste la receta! Lo bueno de los smoothies es que puedes añadirles cualquier fruta o yogur que tienes en casa (aunque algunas combinaciones son mejores que otras!)

Este batido hace tiempo que lo hago, pero en vez de yogurt griego que es más calórico uso yogurt natural o a veces incluso sin yogurt, no le suelo añadir ningún endulzante tipo miel o azucar.
Buenas ideas para hacerlo más sano todavía!
El yogur griego no es más calorico es mucho mejor que el normal.
