Brócoli con ajo es una receta tan fácil como suena. Pero el truco está en como se cocina el brócoli… si lo haces demasiado se estropea, y sale blando. Pero si sigues esta receta, queda al dente— es decir, un poquito crujiente pero tierno a la vez. Sé que mucha gente dicen que a ellos no les gusta el brócoli (mi marido dijo lo mismo) pero si lo prueban así una vez, veremos como cambian de idea!
El brócoli también es una verdura muy sana y super buena para la dieta. Tiene mucha vitamina C y una alta cantidad de fibra, que nos ayuda a quedar llenos y comer menos por el resto del día. Además, hay pruebas que dicen que baja el riesgo de ciertos cánceres y enfermedades del corazón.

El brócoli con ajo es una receta fácil y sana.
Ingredients
- 1 Cabeza (o varias) de brócoli
- 3-6 dientes de ajo (depende de tí)
- Sal
- Pimienta negra molida
- Aceite de oliva
- Caldo de pollo (o de verduras)
Instructions
- Cortamos la parte fea del tallo del brócoli y después separamos las ramitas del tallo. Pelamos los tallos un poco si hace falta.
- Calentamos el aceite en una sartén y freímos el ajo unos 30 segundos.
- Añadimos el brócoli y lo salteamos con el ajo a fuego fuerte por 1 minuto.
- Añadimos 1/2 taza del caldo, lo cubrimos y bajamos el fuego.
- Lo dejamos cocinar 5 minutos y después lo destapamos y subimos el fuego hasta que casi todo el caldo se evapore (uno 3 minutos).
- Lo servimos inmediatamente!
